great location, short walk to beach and shops/restaurants, pool bar with reasonable prices and good selection. Easy access to Siam Park/Mall with taxi for €5.
Limited amenities, no pool floats or music.

Had a fantastic Christmas break! the location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also found it super easy to get to Siam Park and the Mall with a quick taxi ride. the pool bar was great, offering a good selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. And to top it off, the apartment was clean, well-kept, and had a lovely pool view, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool was undergoing maintenance during our visit, so we couldn't enjoy a swim, but it did make for a quieter atmosphere. We also experienced poor communication and a lack of cleanliness in the property, which was a bit disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and excellent communication from Leticia. She was super helpful and showed us all the fantastic features of the apartment. The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of a vibrant area with stunning views of the pool. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the modern appliances we needed, including free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. We loved the fact that everything was within walking distance, so no need for taxis. The on-site restaurant, Harpers pool bar, was jaw-droppingly good, with friendly staff and delicious food. The complex was incredibly safe and had 24-hour security, which gave us peace of mind. our stay was unforgettable, with amenities like an outdoor dining area, picnic area, beach access with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. We would highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a fantastic vacation experience.

Clean, modern apartment with helpful staff. Private gated complex with lovely pool view. Convenient location, no need for taxis. Excellent Wi-Fi and on-site restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool bar with a good selection of snacks and drinks at a reasonable price. We also found it easy to get to Siam Park and the mall with a taxi for a very affordable price.

The communication from the host was poor and unfriendly, which affected the overall experience during the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parque Santiago II. The location was incredibly convenient, with a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The pool bar offered a great selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. Leticia, who welcomed us upon arrival, was fantastic with communication and very helpful. The apartment itself was situated within a private gated complex, clean, modern, and had all the necessary appliances. The pool view was lovely, and the size of the apartment exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for families.
